It is the goal of Church Health Solutions to provide a life changing leadership experience at a very affordable price. We know what it is like to navigate the limitations of a ministry budget. It is our passion to provide quality coaching that fit your unique circumstances.

Leadership Coaching Package:

• Online Life Assessment
• DISC Personality Assessment with debrief (typical)
• Spiritual Gift Assessment (if needed)
• 6 Coaching Sessions (60 minutes long)
• An option for additional coaching sessions ($90 per)
• $540 for the entire Leadership Coaching Package.

 

Sabbatical Coaching Package

• 3 Coaching Sessions before you sabbatical to set up a plan
• 2 Mid-sabbatical Check-ups
• 1 Coaching Session/Wrap-up after Sabbatical
• An option for additional coaching sessions ($75 per)
• $450 for the entire Sabbatical Coaching Package

 

Pastors Coaching Network Package

12-month package includes the following:

• 12 Group Coaching Sessions (2 hours monthly)
• 12 Personal Coaching Sessions (30 minutes monthly)
• Monthly Resources
• Discounts for Team-Innovation or DISC training
• Unlimited email access to coach
• $1200 ($100.00 monthly)

   

Consulting: Team Innovation Package

• 10 Online Assessments for you team (more can be added if needed)
• 1 Group Assessment for your team
• 1 Initial “Get to know you appointment”
• One-day Team Innovation Workshop (onsite)
• 2 Coaching Sessions (60 minutes long)
• $1,200 Travel is not included

 

Consulting: Church Health Evaluation & Implementation (NCD)

1-year package includes the following:

• NCD Overview Training Day
• NCD Survey w/ Report
• Strategic Planning Retreat
• On-going Coaching (9 Sessions)
• $4,500 (does not include travel expenses)
